Mentorship is free of charge and runs over one calendar year. Successful applicants are matched confidentially based on the needs and experience of both parties.
Mentors are carefully selected senior Corporate Affairs professionals who are all proponents of inclusion and diversity as well as sustainable business.
There are strict restrictions on job or internship offers to prevent a conflict of interest. Support on matters outside of the profession is also not permitted.
The programme is facilitated by the UNFOLD movement, with the amount of engagement determined by the mentor and mentee themselves, and overseen by an independent highly qualified coach where needed.

UNFOLD mentees
As a mentee you must be open to and seek feedback. You should be eager to learn and open in your communication. You are in the driver’s seat, taking an active role in your own learning and driving your mentorship programme.
As a mentor you have a genuine interest in overseeing and supporting the career development of another person. A good mentor is an excellent listener with first-hand experience. You motivate, encourage and inspire.
